The en-suite bathroom is rather cramped, which can be uncomfortable for taller guests. The breakfast ordering process requires pre-selection a day in advance, which some may find restricts flexibility . Noise from shared areas can occasionally disrupt sleep, and the strict check-out policy may leave you feeling a bit rushed at the end of your stay.

The room was spacious and had a lovely comfy bed. Plus, I loved the soft pillows, perfect for a good night's sleep. Everything felt very clean and cozy. They even provided fresh milk for tea, a nice touch! Just a short walk into the center of Richmond. But, I think the pillows could be a little better, they were a bit lumpy.
